This exclusive programme features the esteemed Dim Sum Master Chef Tse Chun Fuk from a Michelin-starred restaurant in Hong Kong, renowned for his unparalleled expertise and exquisite creations.

Under the expert guidance of Chef Chun and in collaboration with T’ang Court’s Executive Chinese Chef Chong Kooi Sam, guests are invited to embark on a culinary journey unlike any other, savouring a selection of dim sum masterpieces meticulously crafted using only the finest and most exquisite ingredients available. This extraordinary collaboration brings together the pinnacle of dim sum craftsmanship and innovation, elevating the dining experience to Michelin-quality standards right in the heart of Jakarta.

With over 25 years of experience honing his craft, Chef Chun’s culinary mastery shines through in each dish, reflecting his deep-rooted passion for dim sum artistry. Drawing inspiration from his distinguished culinary background and current role as the esteemed Dim Sum Head Chef at the Michelin-starred Ming Court in Wanchai, Hong Kong, Chef Chun infuses his creations with a blend of tradition, innovation, and sophistication that sets T’ang Court’s dim sum offerings apart as a true culinary masterpiece.

Guests can indulge in the artisanal dim sum set menu from the exquisite Amuse Bouche to the decadent Crispy Prawn Dumpling and beyond. Each dish showcases both chefs’ exceptional skills, unwavering dedication, and commitment to perfection. Savour the luxurious flavours of the Wagyu Spring Rolls with Shaved Foie Gras, authentic Braised Bird’s Nest Dumplings in Superior Broth, Fresh Lobster tossed with Assorted Condiments, and the flavourful Stuffed Assorted Mushrooms in Bamboo Pith, all meticulously prepared using the freshest and most premium ingredients available.

The 6-course lunch set menu is priced at Rp1,288,000++ per person, and the 8-course dinner set menu is priced at Rp1,888,000++ per person.
