As we all know, the millennial generation continues to dominate the workforce. According to projections for the Indonesian population from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), those aged 20-34 years are now known simply as ‘millennials’.

The report shows that this age group, will make up at least 23.95 percent of the total population of Indonesia in 2018. In 2018, BPS recorded that the population of Indonesia would reach 265 million people. In 2019, their number is projected to be 23.77 percent of Indonesia’s total population of 268 million. That is, almost one fifth of the population of Indonesia are millennials. To cater to this, Sinar Mas Land is innovating to launch its commercial product in BSD City: Digital Loft, located in the Digital Hub Region. Digital Loft is a commercial product that has lots of outdoor working space, green land and wired into the Internet of Things (IoT).
