Learn to Cook Authentic French Cuisine at IFI Bandung

L’APERO is a landmark of the French art of living, based around the key values of eating well, simplicity and conviviality.

The apero is an evening ritual in France, referring to the moment when friends gather to have pre-dinner drinks and some finger food! often turning into dinner itself and can last all night long.

The founder of the restaurant-coffee shop L’APERO at IFI Bandung, Chef Simon Baudoin, in collaboration with Indonesian doctor and food geek Debryna Dewi, will offer an introduction to the art of eating well by teaching you how to make a typical, French-style “apéro”, combining French recipes with local fresh produce in this workshop.

Register now if you want to share a friendly moment and learn how to make and taste authentic French dips, canapés, tapenade, and other delicious appetizers!
