Bili Wirawan’s innovative mixology earns recognition as he has become the first recipient of the Best Restaurant Mixologist of the Year award from Les Grandes Tables du Monde.

Mozaic Restaurant is proud to announce that Bili Wirawan has been named Best Restaurant Mixologist of the Year 2024 by Les Grandes Tables du Monde, one of the most prestigious international associations of fine dining establishments. This historic occasion marks the first time the association has held an award for a mixologist, adding new dimensions to its legacy of celebrating excellence in gastronomy.

The award was presented at a glamorous ceremony at Villa Antona Traversi in Milan during the association’s 70th-anniversary celebration, bringing together the best culinary minds from around the world. Bili’s innovative approach, focusing on locally inspired, sustainable cocktails, earned him this distinguished title and global recognition.
