Available every Saturday and Sunday, the new brunch concept reimagines the traditional dining experience as a refined Japanese weekend ritual, inspired by the growing culture of social brunch dining in major cities around the world.
The experience begins with an abundant buffet featuring an assortment of sushi and sashimi, live tuna carving, Japanese appetisers, seasonal salads, seafood specialities, tempura, yakimono selections, comforting hot dishes, and signature classics, all thoughtfully curated to encourage leisurely exploration and shared dining moments.

At the heart of the experience is Kahyangan’s signature teppanyaki theatre, where guests can continue their culinary journey with freshly prepared à la minute dishes served directly from the live teppan grill. Expert chefs bring movement, precision, and artistry to the experience through sizzling beef steak, ox tongue, gindara, snapper, seasonal vegetables, and other signature specialities prepared before guests with the theatrical elegance for which Kahyangan has been celebrated for generations.
To conclude the experience, desserts are presented à la minute, offering a refined and personalised finale through selections such as yuzu ice cream, matcha ice cream, azuki cheesecake, assorted mochi, and Kahyangan’s signature coffee jelly.
Further elevating the afternoon, guests may indulge in an Endless Pour Sake or Wine Pairing, designed to complement the richness, freshness, and balance of Japanese cuisine throughout the dining journey.
