Grand Hyatt Bali is pleased to announce the appointment of Sebastian Fischoeder as Hotel Manager, effective 21st of September 2026.

Bringing over two decades of international hospitality experience across Asia and the Middle East, Sebastian Fischoeder joins the award-winning beachfront resort with a strong background in hotel operations, food and beverage leadership, and resort management.

Originally from Germany, Sebastian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Northwood University and recently completed Cornell University’s Advanced Hospitality Revenue Management Certificate in 2026. He began his hospitality career in 2004 as a Food & Beverage Intern at Four Seasons Hotel Tokyo before joining Hyatt Regency Incheon in South Korea, where he built more than a decade of experience in food and beverage management. In 2016, he was appointed Director of Food & Beverage at Park Hyatt Seoul.

His leadership journey expanded in 2017 when he joined HDC Resort Wonju, progressing from General Manager to Corporate Resort Division Director and Cluster General Manager. Most recently, he served as Director of Operations at Shebara, part of Red Sea Global Hospitality in Saudi Arabia.

Nestled along the pristine coastline of Nusa Dua, Grand Hyatt Bali is one of Bali’s premier beachfront resorts, offering an immersive island getaway for leisure travellers, families, and groups. Set amidst lush tropical gardens and expansive lagoons, the resort features spacious accommodations, diverse dining experiences, multiple swimming pools, recreational facilities, and a wide range of family-friendly activities designed to create memorable experiences for guests of all ages.

Commenting on his appointment, Sebastian said, “I am honoured to join the talented team at Grand Hyatt Bali and to become part of such an iconic resort destination. Grand Hyatt Bali has a longstanding reputation for delivering authentic hospitality and memorable guest experiences. I look forward to working alongside our colleagues to further elevate the resort’s offerings while continuing to create unforgettable moments for our guests.”
