The Apurva Kempinski Bali Announces the Return of Path to Sustainable Growth 2026

Returning for its fourth edition on 24 June 2026, the one-day summit carries the theme ‘Regenerate for the Future’, building on the success of last year’s programme.

The Apurva Kempinski Bali is pleased to announce the return of Path to Sustainable Growth 2026, its fourth annual sustainability summit, which will take place on 24 June 2026 at the Candi Ballroom.

Carrying the theme ‘Regenerate for the Future’, this year’s edition marks the summit’s evolution from a sustainability dialogue into a broader platform for regenerative action across industries. Building on the resort’s position as the first hotel in Indonesia to receive GSTC certification, Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 expands its focus beyond tourism to address sustainability as a shared responsibility across hospitality, finance, agriculture, education, the creative economy, and other key sectors.

The summit is designed to bring together leaders, practitioners, innovators, students, and sustainability-focused organisations to exchange knowledge, strengthen collaboration, and develop solutions with long-term relevance.

Building on the strong demand and positive response to the 2025 edition, which brought together more than 250 industry professionals and practitioners, the 2026 summit aims to transform dialogue into measurable impact. The programme is structured around four strategic pillars: Repurposing, Refreshing Lives, Regenerating, and Rethinking Resources.

As a premier platform for cross-industry collaboration, Path to Sustainable Growth 2026 recognises that the challenges of the future cannot be solved in isolation.

Seeds of Change: From Dialogue to Action

The impact of the movement extends far beyond the final panel discussion. Seeds of Change is an eight-week mentorship and incubation programme within Path to Sustainable Growth (PTSG) 2026, created to discover, develop, and fund Indonesia’s most promising students and early-stage start-ups working at the intersection of regenerative tourism and sustainable innovation.

The programme extends PTSG beyond a one-day summit into a sustained impact platform while identifying future talent capable of advancing the regenerative mission.

Launched in May through an open call for applications, the programme invited student teams and early-stage start-ups to submit CVs and essays as part of the grant application process. In June, ten shortlisted applicants will be selected to attend the summit and participate in the eight-week incubation programme.

Running from July to August, participants will undertake a structured curriculum covering mentorship, business development, sustainability strategy, and impact refinement. The programme will culminate in August with the submission of a final business plan, developed through the participants’ incubation journey and building upon their original essays, followed by the announcement of the winners.

Grants will be awarded to the top two teams, with the first-place winner receiving IDR 50 million and the second-place winner receiving IDR 20 million.
