Curated by the hotel’s expert culinary team, the lavish buffet showcases an extensive selection of live stations and celebratory specialities. Highlights include Roast of the Dragon, featuring Pork Char Siu, Roasted Peking Duck, and Roasted Cantonese Chicken, served with traditional condiments for a truly authentic experience. Guests can also savour the Lucky Catch Live Grill, offering freshly grilled seafood such as red snapper, white snapper, and tuna skewers, alongside the interactive Nomad’s Flame Mongolian Grill, where diners can customise their own stir-fry creations.
