Babaghanoush is excited to invite food lovers to a special, one-night-only culinary event on February 7, 2025. This exclusive occasion will showcase the creativity and passion of exceptional chefs from a range of remarkable venues, each offering their own unique culinary experience.

The evening will feature an exciting lineup of culinary talents, each bringing their distinct flavours and creativity to the table. Yeeming from NEP! is quickly gaining recognition as one of Malaysia’s hottest chefs, with coverage from Tatler, Conde Nast, and the Michelin Guide within just 12 months of opening NEP! Located in Penang, NEP! offers a lively dining experience where natural wines are paired with locally inspired fusion small plates, all in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere that highlights Penang’s rich culinary diversity.

Also from Penang, MOJO JOJO presents a modern Malaysian menu with inventive takes on classics, served in a bright, inviting space perfect for any occasion. Before founding MOJO JOJO, Chef Wagyu was the head chef at the iconic Communal Table By Gen, a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant.

Chef Aaron, named Chef of the Year at the 2024 Buro Impact Awards, is a rising star in the Malaysian restaurant scene. At Fifty Tales in Kuala Lumpur, he brings a modern twist to traditional Malaysian Chinese cuisine, honouring the culinary heritage of dialects like Cantonese, Teow Chew, and Hokkien. By reimagining beloved dishes with contemporary flair, Chef Aaron is making Fifty Tales a standout in the ever-evolving world of Malaysian dining.

Joining them is Chef Mert Küçüka from Istanbul, a celebrated private chef whose extensive career in world-class kitchens has earned him accolades such as the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2023 and recognition on La Liste 1000, cementing his reputation for blending global flavours with exceptional skill.

This diverse ensemble promises a remarkable culinary experience, blending tradition, innovation, and artistry into every dish. Guests will savour a thoughtfully curated 10-course menu, featuring two signature creations from each team that showcase their unique passion and creativity.

A deposit of IDR 600,000++ per seat is required to reserve your spot and is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another guest with notice via WhatsApp or Instagram DM.
