A Destination for the Senses in Collaboration with Two Michelin-starred Chef Syrco Bakker.
Park Hyatt Jakarta is delighted to announce the second iteration of its annual Masters of Food and Wine event. Combining art, culture, and entertainment with memorable dining and drinks experiences, this series of events will be held from May through October 2024. From Michelin-starred dinners to intimate wine tastings, and from afternoon tea to masters’ brunches and bar takeovers, Park Hyatt Jakarta is set to welcome the leading food and beverage professionals from around the world for a summer of culinary fun.
Masters of Food and Wine is an annual celebration which began in Carmel, back in 2003. Every year since, these events have showcased premier F&B experiences, raising industry standards and setting the Park Hyatt brand apart from its global competitors. Looking to the future of the program, Masters of Food will focus on returning to its origins, providing a platform for talented culinary colleagues to share and celebrate their passion with guests. The program offers a level of F&B events programming unmatched by any other luxury hotel brand; by consistently hosting these events at Park Hyatt hotels and resorts worldwide, we will extend these unique offerings to our target guests—the discerning global traveller and true connoisseur.
Kicking off this year’s celebrations will be an elegant eight-course dinner curated by two-time Michelin-starred chef, Syrco Bakker, hosted at KITA 喜多 Restaurant, Park Hyatt Jakarta Level 37 on Saturday, 18th of May 2024. Chef Syrco’s menu combines premium ingredients cooked with locally sourced produce, including Hamachi fish, lobster, oysters, and sea urchins. Combining quality dining, craftsmanship, and tradition, with an emphasis on artistry in nature, this will be the first of many events to dazzle esteemed guests at Park Hyatt Jakarta.
