From the 26th to 28th of April 2024, Park Hyatt Jakarta invites guests to embark on “A Journey of Taste,” featuring an exquisite Thai culinary showcase in collaboration with Park Hyatt Bangkok. Renowned chefs Joke and Bank will craft a menu of authentic Thai dishes, including aromatic Thai salads, Tom Kha Gai, Nuea Yang, Tom Yum Gung, and a delightful array of desserts. Guests can elevate their dining experience with Thai-inspired cocktails crafted exclusively by Sabine Delettre Nakamura, General Manager of Penthouse Bar + Grill.
