The 5-star vibrant resort works hand-in-hand with the Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA) for a series of exciting animal well-being-focused programmes in April.

Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach is thrilled to announce the launch of “Paws for Purpose,” a comprehensive CSR programme aimed at promoting the well-being of animals in Bali. In partnership with the Bali Animal Welfare Association (BAWA), the programme will focus on initiatives such as Spay and Neuter programmes, Paw Yoga sessions, and a sharing session titled People for Paws, all geared towards creating a better environment for animals in Bali. All activities will take place in the hotel’s neighbourhood in April.

“Paws for Purpose” represents Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach‘s commitment to giving back to the local community and making a positive impact on the island’s animal population. The programme will kick off with a series of Paw Yoga every Friday in April from 5 PM – 6 PM, where the participants will embark on a relaxing yoga session accompanied by the open-for-adoption puppies from BAWA.

The next highlighted agenda will be Spay & Neuter on Friday, April 19th from 12 PM – 3 PM. This pop-up clinic with licensed professionals from BAWA is aimed at controlling the stray animal population and promoting responsible pet ownership, especially to pet owners around the neighbourhood of Seminyak. This programme is available for free and fully sponsored by the hotel.

Additionally, the programme will include People for Paws on Friday, April 19th from 4 PM – 4.45 PM, an interactive and insightful sharing session to discuss various topics and raise more awareness of animal welfare issues from BAWA practitioners and volunteers.

“Continuing our small but consistent steps in being a responsible business, we invite guests and locals alike to join us in supporting “Paws for Purpose”. We hope that this action can inspire locals and travellers on the importance of animal welfare on the island, trying to raise awareness of the small steps that can be taken to reduce stray animals’ issues and at the same time have a little fun time with the paw-friends,” said Ian Kusuma, Director of Marketing & Communications of Hotel Indigo Bali Seminyak Beach.
