This November, InterContinental Bali Resort introduces Soul of Jimbaran, an inaugural two-day wellness and lifestyle experience taking place on 7–8 November 2026, in collaboration with SOOTICA. Set against the natural beauty of Jimbaran Bay, the experience brings together movement, mindfulness and restorative rituals, inviting guests to embrace a slower rhythm, rediscover a sense of balance and reconnect with themselves and their surroundings.
Designed as a journey through different dimensions of wellbeing, Soul of Jimbaran begins with an energising fun run and morning stretching session led by Celebrity Fitness, setting the tone for a weekend of movement and mindful discovery. Guests can explore a curated programme of wellness experiences, from invigorating ice baths with Ikigai and expert-led physiotherapy sessions with Physioku, to Pilates sessions by internationally recognised fitness brand STRONG Pilates. The experience continues with immersive sound healing by Alpha Prana and meditation inspired by Balinese wellness traditions with Bali Usadha, offering moments to release tension, quiet the mind and cultivate a deeper connection between body and mind.
Framed by the ocean and the resort’s lush tropical surroundings, each experience encourages guests to step away from the pace of everyday life and rediscover the restorative power of mindful living. Extending the spirit of an active lifestyle beyond the wellness weekend, the resort will also host the Soul of Jimbaran Tennis Open, organised in association with Southside Aces, from 13–15 November 2026. The tournament will bring tennis enthusiasts together for three days of friendly competition and community spirit on the resort’s scenic courts.
