The St. Regis Bali Resort announces its participation in the prestigious Luxury Group Dining Series by the Luxury Group of Marriott International, scheduled from the 4th to the 6th of October 2024.

The Luxury Group Dining Series is a multi-city regional dining series commencing from September to November 2024, featuring six handpicked hotels from across the Asia Pacific, including The St. Regis Bali; The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo; The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne; The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok; The St. Regis Mumbai; and JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. Each property offers exclusive, specially curated gastronomic experiences, crafted by celebrated chefs from the Asia-Pacific region and beyond.

In conjunction with Marriott Bonvoy Moments, the series offers discerning travellers the chance to embark on an extraordinary culinary journey. Members can bid for these exclusive experiences using their loyalty points, unlocking unique opportunities to savour world-class cuisine.

At The St. Regis Bali Resort, this exquisite experience will include a Michelin-starred dinner at Kayuputi and a refined beachside barbecue, blending traditional Balinese flavours with a modern twist. This exclusive three-day event offers meticulously curated dining experiences, celebrating the art of fine dining while honouring Bali’s rich culinary heritage.

Extraordinary Michelin-Starred Culinary Experience

Embark on a culinary journey with a two-night takeover of Kayuputi, led by Arne Riehn, the renowned chef behind the Michelin-starred IGNIV at The St. Regis Bangkok. Opened in 2020, IGNIV Bangkok has delivered authentic dining experiences, warm hospitality, and unforgettable moments. As the first IGNIV restaurant outside Switzerland, it earned its first Michelin Star in the 2022 Michelin Guide Thailand, joining its acclaimed sister restaurants, including Schloss Schauenstein, IGNIV St. Moritz, IGNIV Bad Ragaz, and IGNIV Zurich. On the 4th and the 5th of October 2024, Chef Riehn will bring his signature culinary creations to Bali for an exclusive two-night takeover at Kayuputi.

A talented trio of mixologists from The St. Regis hotels in Jakarta, Bali, and Singapore will showcase their skills, presenting expertly crafted cocktails that fuse The St. Regis rituals with bespoke pairings. Guests can enjoy exclusive bar takeovers and signature cocktails during the guest shifts on Friday, 4th October, and Saturday, 5th of October 2024.

The Astor Brunch at Kayuputi

An iconic fine dining restaurant set against the backdrop of the Indian Ocean and Nusa Dua beach, Kayuputi at The St. Regis Bali Resort showcases Pan-Asian-inspired haute cuisine with a stellar wine list and exceptional cocktails. Inspired by the Balinese philosophy of “Nyegara Gunung,” meaning “from the mountain to the ocean,” Kayuputi carefully sources local ingredients from both land and sea. The restaurant’s elegant all-white wood decor is complemented by Balinese artefacts, creating a serene and culturally rich dining atmosphere.
