Chef Hong is the Sous-Chef of the award-winning, Michelin Guide-listed Teppan restaurant at Grand Hyatt Seoul. With over 17 years of culinary experience in Korean and Western cuisines, the talented chef excels in crafting seasonal teppanyaki menus using premium and Korean ingredients.
Enjoy his exclusive five-course lunch menu offered at Rp1,250,000++ per person and a luxurious seven-course dinner set menu at Rp2,500,000++ per person. Guests are also welcome to engage with Chef Hong during his immersive teppanyaki performances and sample the recommended sake pairing. Please note that only limited seats are available for this special guest-chef collaboration.
Set in the warm ambience of a Japanese country house, Sumire offers premium-grade sushi and sashimi, seasonal specialities, and Japanese favourites with freshly flown ingredients from Japan. A selection of sake is also available.
