This restaurant, part of the TOMA Group, recently opened at Jalan Adityawarman I No. 8, Melawai, South Jakarta. The restaurant carries the concept of ‘Nostalgic, but Dynamic’, which is applied from the interior design to the culinary offerings. The nostalgic nuance is present through the roots of Indonesian flavours and Indonesian architectural elements. Meanwhile, the dynamic side is reflected in cooking techniques and new explorations. The food menu here has been curated by Corporate Chef Arief Rachman and Chef Owner Alnico Andreas. They serve authentic Indonesian food with a modern style.

A new restaurant in Jakarta launched in August 2025, Kindling offers a fine dining experience combining Asian flavours and French culinary techniques. Managed by Chef Vallian Gunawan, the restaurant offers a complete six-to-eight-course meal, ranging from light appetisers to fresh desserts. The main course features a satisfying meat dish, such as beef tartare, slow-roasted duck with smoked eggplant and braised leg dumpling, and ‘Carrara 640’ beef. Housed in a vintage building in the Cikini area, Kindling, ultimately, offers an unconventional culinary experience.

This Japanese-style hamburg steak restaurant specialises in the Monogatari Corporation. Located in Tribeca Park, the restaurant’s steak is typically served with premium Japanese rice, an onsen egg, grilled vegetables, and miso soup. One of its signature dishes is the Cheese Wagyu Hamburg, made with premium Wagyu and filled with luscious, oozing cheese. One recently time-limited dish is Ripe Tomato Demi Glazed Hamburg: a tender, juicy Japanese Hamburg crowned with a rich demi-glace infused with the natural sweetness of ripe tomatoes.

If you prefer seafood to meat, Tide & Table is a great option. This new ocean steakhouse-style restaurant in Jakarta, launched in August 2025, serves modern and creative seafood dishes. The restaurant transforms seafood into gourmet dishes, just like steak. With an open kitchen, diners can also watch the cooking process, enhancing the dining experience. One of its signature dishes is the grilled, smoked duck breast served with orange and crispy kale, and finished with salted raspberry juice. Another signature dish at Tide & Table is Kalimantan Crab Noodle: springy homemade noodles with a rich and comforting crab bisque and a crown of crispy fried soft-shell crab.
