Bringing together wood-fired cooking, modern mixology, and a lively dining atmosphere designed for long evenings that unfold naturally.
Shaped by the belief that great food and great nightlife belong under the same roof, Pony is built to carry guests effortlessly from dinner through cocktails and into the small hours — one continuous space, one continuous mood. Composed and expressive, considered yet a little spontaneous, elegant but very much alive.

Opening this June, Pony arrives in Berawa as a new destination for dining and late-night gatherings, conceived for guests who enjoy unhurried meals and open-ended evenings. The restaurant, bar and lounge merge into a single fluid setting, offering a polished yet unforced approach to social dining in Bali.
At the heart of Pony is a menu inspired by the elemental simplicity of cooking over fire. Anchored by a wood-fired grill, the kitchen draws on broad European influences layered with subtle Japanese and contemporary touches, allowing charcoal, smoke, flame and quality ingredients to lead the experience. Designed around sharing and connection, the menu moves between wood-fired meats and seafood, handmade pasta, raw dishes, and plates built around bold flavours and ingredient-driven cooking, all served in a setting that feels refined yet relaxed.

The cocktail programme follows the same philosophy: approachable, precise and designed to be enjoyed throughout a long evening. Lighter aperitivo-style serves begin the experience, gradually evolving into bolder cocktails as the energy of the room builds throughout the night. Modern classics are treated with restraint and a touch of imagination, each drink crafted to complement both the menu and the atmosphere.
“The cocktail list is built around balance, clarity and ease — drinks that pair with the food, the music and the hour. We use modern techniques such as clarification and carbonation to keep things precise, but the goal is always to create something you genuinely want to keep drinking,” explained Pony Bar Team.
Visually, Pony draws on the effortless cool of a New York lounge, blending vintage character with a refined contemporary edge. Deep burgundy tones, soft lighting, layered textures, curated artwork and bespoke design details come together to create a space that feels intimate yet full of energy. The atmosphere shifts naturally throughout the evening — relaxed and convivial at the start, becoming more vibrant as the night unfolds.

Music is woven into the experience rather than treated as a separate programme, developing organically alongside the rhythm of the room. In addition to its nightly energy, Pony will host a curated calendar of dinners, sessions and collaborations spanning music, art and culture, creating moments that keep the venue dynamic and continually evolving.
“Pony is built around a duality. One side is instinctive, expressive and a little unpredictable; the other is more considered, restrained and precise. The space holds both at once, allowing the night to move between them without ever feeling forced,” said Ramon Vincent, Founder of Pony.

Hospitality sits at the heart of it all. The team has shaped Pony around taking care of guests — reading the room, pacing the meal and making every welcome feel personal, whether you have come for an early dinner or a late seat at the bar.
Located on Jl. Raya Semat, Tibubeneng, Berawa, Pony operates from dinner through to late night. Reservations are recommended, although walk-ins are always welcome.
