At Rosé, the limited‑edition Easter Cake Collection by Executive Pastry Chef Kevin Lee, available from 1–19 April 2026, showcases vibrant flavours, delicate textures, and subtle whimsy through a series of handcrafted cakes that reflect the charm of the season. As Chef Kevin Lee shares, “Spring is a season of soft beginnings, and I simply translate nature’s colours, flavours, and textures into creations that capture its fleeting beauty.”

Easter In Bloom at The St. Regis JakartaBel Étage marks the Easter weekend with its best brunch on Saturday and Sunday, 4 & 5 April 2026, featuring an exquisite spread that includes Beef Wellington, Honey Glazed Ham, and Easter‑inspired mocktails. Complemented by the signature Cheese Room with its curated selection of exceptional cheeses, the experience offers a memorable way to gather and savour the season.

The celebration continues with an adventurous Easter Treasure Egg Hunt and concludes with a Magic and Bubble Show, creating a memorable afternoon for families.
