There are a few guidelines for eligibility, such as the KITAS card shown on the Service Point must be original and brought directly by the KITAS holder, and the discount only applies to the freight cost and does not include any value added service, optional services or duty charges. The destination countries can only be from Japan, Korea, Australia, India and China, and only walk-in customers can only get this discount. This discount cannot be combined with any other promotion and DHL Express has the right to decline any party from participating in this promotion.
