Meet the new Director of Sales at Grand Hyatt Jakarta!
Grand Hyatt Jakarta is pleased to announce the appointment of Fauzia Bonita Agustina as the new Director of Sales. With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Bonita brings a wealth of expertise in strategic sales initiatives.
Bonita began her career with Hyatt in 2018 as Cluster Associate Director of Sales at the Jakarta Sales Office for Hyatt Resorts in Bali and Yogyakarta, overseeing a total of eight properties. She assumed the role of Cluster Director of Sales in 2021, where she was recognised for her strong client relationship management and her expertise in the MICE industry.
Bonita’s experience in negotiating high-value contracts and her strong relationships with stakeholders will be instrumental in further elevating Grand Hyatt Jakarta.
