Under the guidance of Executive Sous Chef M. Yusuf Milyardi and Pastry Chef I Putu Hendy Adiasa, The Laguna Bali team brought home an impressive collection of medals across multiple culinary and pastry categories, showcasing the creativity, craftsmanship, and dedication cultivated within the resort’s culinary team.
The achievement reflects The Laguna Bali’s ongoing commitment to nurturing Indonesian hospitality professionals by creating opportunities for associates to refine their expertise, gain valuable competition exposure, and proudly represent Bali’s culinary excellence on a respected industry stage.
Supporting the team throughout the competition was Chef M. Feri Afrian of Arwana Restaurant, whose experience and presence on the floor contributed to the team’s collaborative spirit during the event.
