This November, guests can discover both at one table as Sana Sini Restaurant at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia welcomes LèTen by Paradise Dynasty for its latest Destination Dining collaboration.
Bringing together the culinary identity of an established Chinese dining brand and the interactive spirit of Sana Sini’s live kitchens, this collaboration puts two much-loved Chinese specialities in the spotlight, offering guests a fresh way to explore the flavours and craftsmanship of Chinese cuisine.
A Chinese Culinary Story, Served at Imperial Steam
The collaboration takes place at Imperial Steam, Sana Sini’s dedicated Chinese culinary destination, where traditional flavours and familiar favourites come together in a contemporary dining setting.
In partnership with LèTen by Paradise Dynasty, four signature creations take centre stage, each offering a different expression of Chinese culinary craftsmanship.
For Xiao Long Bao lovers, the Crab Roe Xiao Long Bao delivers a rich, savoury character, while the Black Truffle Xiao Long Bao adds an aromatic twist to the classic soup dumpling.
The experience continues with two distinctive La Mian creations. The La Mian with Spiced Beef in Signature Soup pairs hand-pulled noodles with tender beef in a deeply flavourful broth. For those who enjoy bolder flavours, the La Mian in Szechuan Hot and Sour Seafood Soup brings together tangy, spicy and savoury notes in a lively combination.
From the delicate art of the soup dumpling to the satisfying texture of hand-pulled noodles, these four dishes offer a delicious introduction to LèTen’s culinary selection, now featured as part of the Imperial Steam experience.
More Than a Meal, a Reason to Discover Something New
At Sana Sini, dining is designed around discovery. Moving beyond the traditional buffet format, Destination Dining brings together five distinct culinary worlds, with dishes freshly prepared à la minute in live kitchens.
Guests can explore Rempah Raya for Indonesian favourites, Nami & Nori for Japanese specialities, Ember & Vine for Western grills, Imperial Steam for Chinese classics, and The Sugar Lab for sweet creations.
Following its previous collaboration with ISMAYA Group, the arrival of LèTen by Paradise Dynasty marks the next chapter in Sana Sini’s evolving culinary programme. Through collaborations with established F&B brands, Destination Dining continues to introduce new flavours, fresh perspectives and distinctive reasons for guests to return.
Available from the 1st to the 30th of November 2026, the LèTen by Paradise Dynasty collaboration invites guests to enjoy the four featured creations as part of the Imperial Steam experience.
The one-world dining experience starts from Rp350,000++ per person. Guests can also extend their experience across all five culinary worlds for an additional Rp250,000++ per person, enjoying the full Destination Dining journey.
