Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort successfully hosted a remarkable Charity Gala dedicated to raising funds for underprivileged children and families across Bali and Indonesia, in support of the Bali Life Foundation.
The special evening took place on Friday, the 14th of November 2025, and brought together fine dining, entertainment, and heartfelt philanthropy.
Held from 6pm to 10pm at the Kecak Ballroom, guests were treated to a curated four-course dinner accompanied by free-flow beverages and wine. The programme featured fundraising live auctions led by news anchor Togi Sinaga, live music by the Lydia Rose Quartet, and a DJ performance by Yotta (Ogust). The event also included an opening speech and inspiring success story delivered by Mr Piter Panjaitan, Director of the Bali Life Foundation, followed by a captivating Balinese performance by the children.
With more than 178 guests in attendance, the evening featured a raffle draw and an exciting live auction offering prizes ranging from one-night stays at Sofitel’s five-star properties in Bangkok, Australia, and Singapore to a luxurious three-night stay in the Presidential Villa at Sofitel Bali Nusa Dua Beach Resort.
The gala concluded with an impressive total of IDR 500,000,000 (approximately USD 30,000) raised in support of the Bali Life Foundation, a non-profit organisation committed to uplifting disadvantaged children, women, and families through education, shelter, and empowerment programmes across Bali.
