The Youngest General Manager of Pullman Jakarta Indonesia; Dan Benzaquen

Pullman Jakarta Indonesia proudly announces the newly appointed youngest General Manager, Dan Benzaquen.

He brings over 19 years of experience in the hospitality industry, across a variety of five-star properties in the Middle East, France, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, China, and Vietnam.

Dan Benzaquen is a 35-year old French hotelier who held his first role as General Manager at the age of 31 at Six Senses Hotel Resorts and Spa, Vietnam. Armed with his strong personality and openness to explore new countries and culture, by 2015 he decided to direct his career journey to Jordan by managing the Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay.

After two years of great performance, Dan was promoted to Cluster General Manager of both Mövenpick Resort & Spa Tala Bay and Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba, in Jordan. It was there he received the coveted award of “Best General Manager in Jordan” by Haute Grandeur Global Excellence Awards 2019.

After his great success in Middle East, with diverse and passionate leadership comprehension, Dan’s journey continues in Asia, at the most strategic location in the capital city of Indonesia, with Pullman Jakarta Indonesia – Thamrin CBD. As the youngest General Manager in the group, he has a strong and dynamic personality which will bring a fresh spirit to the hotel and lead team members to reach even greater success in the future.

Visiting new places and discovering different cultures are among his favourite past times and when it comes to sport, Dan’s game of choice is rugby.

Under his direction will be the management of 427 rooms at Pullman Jakarta Indonesia, including the multi award-winning Sana Sini Restaurant, and the legendary Kahyangan Restaurant. The hotel also includes The Back Room Bar, Le Chocolat Lounge, Makaron Bakeshop, and Fit n Spa: just some of the highlights of this hotel.
