Cinnamon, the all-day dining restaurant at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta, is inviting families to enjoy a memorable weekend dining experience with the launch of Sunday Family Feast with Chef Norman Ismail.
Available every Sunday throughout July 2026 from 12:00pm to 3:00pm, the special brunch combines the celebrated chef’s signature Indonesian cuisine with Cinnamon’s extensive international buffet.
Known as one of the judges of MasterChef Indonesia Season 13, Chef Norman Ismail is a respected Indonesian chef, culinary personality, author and food entrepreneur whose work celebrates the richness of Nusantara cuisine through a contemporary lens.
At the heart of the Sunday Family Feast is Chef Norman’s live culinary showcase, where guests can enjoy specially prepared dishes including Tenderloin Rossini, Lobster Bakar Gulai Beurre Blanc, and Tuna Tartare Naniura. The collaboration also features a collection of Chef Norman’s signature regional Indonesian specialities, reimagined together with Cinnamon. Highlights include Iga Bakar Plered, Bebek Sambal Galendo, Ayam Bakakak Kare, Seafood Asam Padeh, Ikan Dabu-Dabu, and Nasi Goreng Gongso Babat. Each dish reflects the warmth, diversity and vibrant flavours of Indonesian cuisine, thoughtfully prepared for a convivial Sunday gathering.
Complementing Chef Norman’s creations is Cinnamon’s lavish brunch selection, featuring live grill stations, premium seafood on ice, sushi and sashimi, Chinese barbecue, wok-fried specialities, charcuterie, market-fresh salads, artisan cheeses, premium meat selections, and an indulgent dessert buffet.
Priced at IDR 728,000++ per guest, the brunch is designed for families and groups of friends to come together over a gourmet weekend feast.
To celebrate the school holiday season, younger guests can also enjoy a dedicated Little Foodies station, serving family favourites including golden chicken nuggets, mini beef sliders, hot dogs and crispy fish fingers throughout the afternoon.
