For lovers of Japanese cuisine, Chef Koji Sasaki from Park Hyatt Kyoto will take over Sumire from the 4th to the 7th of March 2025, offering exclusive dinner set menus with limited seating. Guests will experience the artistry of fine teppanyaki, featuring fresh Hokkaido scallops and Tajima beef tenderloin, along with other premium Japanese ingredients. This special dining experience is available at Rp2,500,000++ per person.
