Kokokan Restaurant at Kappa Senses Ubud is proud to present an exceptional dining experience: the Paris–Bali Menu, a tasting menu journey designed to indulge the palate through a choice of four or six distinctive culinary courses.

Chef Victorien Bayet, originally from France and now based in Ubud, invites guests to explore a menu where classic French culinary heritage blends harmoniously with Balinese inspiration. Each dish celebrates technique, creativity and local flavours, promising an unforgettable gastronomic experience.

The Paris–Bali Menu is also presented as a surprise tasting menu, with Chef Victorien thoughtfully adapting each course to accommodate guests’ dietary preferences and allergies, ensuring a personalised and memorable dining experience for every visitor.

Live Music at Kokokan Restaurant

Enhance your evening with Kokokan Apéritif and Sunset Melody, featuring live music every Friday from 6 PM to 7.30 PM. Guests are invited to enjoy captivating melodies while savouring cocktails and light refreshments in the elegant yet relaxed atmosphere of Kokokan Restaurant.

About Chef Victorien Bayet

Trained in Paris and regarded as a rising star in the culinary scene, Chef Victorien Bayet blends classic French techniques with modern presentation and subtle Asian influences. He began his culinary journey at the prestigious Ferrandi School in Paris, before honing his skills in renowned bistros and Michelin-starred restaurants, including a distinguished establishment in Sicily.

After returning to France, he progressed from commis to sous-chef at a Michelin-starred restaurant in Vincennes, before launching a private chef business serving ministers, corporate executives and leading tourism companies. A two-week consultancy at Kappa Senses Ubud ultimately inspired Chef Victorien to make Bali his creative home.

At just 26 years old, Chef Victorien Bayet continues to captivate culinary connoisseurs with innovative dishes infused with Balinese influences, delivering culinary excellence and an unforgettable dining experience at Kokokan Restaurant.
