Hailing from Turkey, NOM NOM is hosting its dining series by bringing two acclaimed chefs from Raffles Istanbul for an exclusive kitchen takeover at Billy Ho in Canggu and Honey & Smoke in Ubud. This exciting collaboration stems from Chef Will Meyrick’s memorable kitchen takeover at Raffles Istanbul in 2023. Now, Raffles Istanbul is returning the favour, bringing its culinary magic to Bali. Representing the hotel’s renowned gastronomic excellence, Chef Numan Demirkale of Isokyo and Chef Yusuf Türk of Rocca Grill & Terrace will showcase their exceptional talents, promising an unforgettable dining experience.
