COPA takes you on a culinary journey through Latin America with Chef Matias Mardones from Chile. It is a culinary interpretation of what is best, relevant, and authentic from this part of the world. Located on the 8th floor of the 25hours Hotel The Oddbird, COPA offers authentic Latin American cuisine with sharing-style dishes from the charcoal grill, hearty mains, and flavourful tacos. Ceviche Mixto, crafted by Chef Matias, is a must-try at COPA — a perfect bite of the ocean in every spoonful. Moreover, Chef Matias also self-produces COPA’s varieties of hot sauces using Ancho chile and guajillo directly sourced from South America.

Stella di Napoli Pizzeria is an Italian restaurant that carries the concept of rooftop dining. The interior is like classic buildings in Europe and gives a romantic impression. The restaurant is located in the Penjaringan area, North Jakarta, and is famous for its pizza. The pizza uses sourdough bread. One that must be tasted is Pizza Stella di Napoli; a portion is priced at Rp119,000 with a size that is not too big. This pizza is served with homemade beef bresaola, roasted cherry tomatoes, and stretchy, fresh mozzarella.

This casual fine-dining restaurant is a culinary business owned by the winner of MasterChef Indonesia Season 8, Jesslyn Lawreen. The menu offered here is quite diverse, some of which are combined with typical Thai food. The menu is priced at around Rp138,000 and includes signature beverages such as Strawberry Rose Matcha Latte. The menu is also known for its unique take on side dishes such as fried banana combined with pecel seasoning.

Khap Paviljoen is a newly opened Thai restaurant in Pantai Indah Kapuk (PIK) 2, North Jakarta. This restaurant is perfect for a date, especially since it has a beautiful sea view. All the menus here are prepared directly by a chef from Thailand. The menu is complete with a price range of around Rp60,000. Here you can order dishes such as yum woon sen or Thai-style salad served with rice noodles, minced chicken, and generous shrimp. In addition, there is smokey tom yam fried rice without incorporating monosodium glutamate (MSG). There is also fried rice served with sour and savoury tom yam sauce.

In terms of the menu, Ryota presents a traditional grilled cooking concept called robatayaki.
