Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta introduces Rame Rame Buffet: Bali & Beyond, the latest edition of its signature Friday evening buffet series at Cinnamon, highlighting the rich culinary heritage of Bali and the islands of eastern Indonesia.
Inspired by the distinctive culinary traditions found across the region, Bali & Beyond brings together regional specialities, aromatic spices and time-honoured cooking techniques that showcase the diversity of eastern Indonesia.
The experience also features an unlimited signature à la carte selection, allowing guests to order dishes served directly to their table. Highlights include Bebek Betutu Gilimanuk, Balinese slow-roasted duck served with cassava leaves and sambal mbe, and Sate Lilit Ikan, chargrilled minced fish satay accompanied by long beans and raw chilli relish.
Other selections include Ayam Taliwang, spicy Lombok-style chicken wrapped in a tortilla with Sasak salsa dressing, and Udang Bakar Jimbaran, charcoal-grilled prawns seasoned with aromatic Jimbaran spices.
Complementing the signature à la carte selection, guests can enjoy an extensive buffet featuring a variety of Western dishes. Bringing together regional specialities and international favourites, the buffet offers a diverse selection suited to family gatherings and social occasions.
Rame Rame Buffet: Bali & Beyond is available every Friday evening from 6 PM to 9 PM, from October to December 2026 at Cinnamon, priced at Rp428,000++ per person.
