The highly-acclaimed Li Feng invites culinary aficionados for an unparalleled gastronomic adventure, ‘Journey to Old Canton,’ with Two Michelin-starred Chef Fei from Jiang, Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou. This exclusive dining experience features a rich tapestry of Cantonese flavours with a 9-course menu available for both lunch and dinner on the 27th and 28th of April 2024.
The curated 9-course signature set menu features Deep Fried Snow Crab Claw with Avruga Caviar, Oil Poached Crystal King Prawn with Egg Drop Spinach Sauce, Baked Cod Fish with Homemade Soybean Sauce, Slow Cooked Premium Us Beef Short Ribs with White Turnip, Double Boiled Water Chestnut Sweet Soup, and many more. These two meal periods, lunch and dinner, will have their own set menu. Lunch is priced at Rp1,788,000++ per person, while dinner is available at Rp1,888,000++ per person.
Guests attending the lunch and dinner sessions will be given a space to meet, converse, and even take photos with the culinary master himself.
