A night of culinary excellence and heartfelt generosity to empower underprivileged children through education.

On Friday, 29th of November 2024, Apéritif proudly hosted the Disciples Escoffier Soirée Blanche, a charity dinner dedicated to supporting the Bali Children’s Project. With 34 guests in attendance, the event successfully raised Rp13 million to help provide educational opportunities for underprivileged children in Bali.

The evening was a culinary showcase featuring exquisite creations by renowned chefs, including Chef Nic Vanderbeeken of Apéritif, Chef Kim of Izakaya Lounge, Chef Gilles Marx of Amuz Gourmet, Chef Jean Baptiste of Koral Bali, and Pastry Chef Dayu of Apéritif. Each dish demonstrated the chefs’ exceptional skills and their commitment to the cause, with the Hokkaido Scallop receiving particular acclaim from both guests and the wider culinary community.
