Bali’s Newest Tables – September 2026

There is always a new reason to eat your way around Bali, and September is no exception.

From fresh takes on familiar cuisines to entirely new concepts, the island’s latest restaurants, cafés, and bars are bringing something different to the dining scene. Whether you’re after a casual daytime stop, a memorable dinner, or drinks after dark, here are some of the new places to know this month.

Norii Seminyak Begins Its Next Chapter
Norii Seminyak Begins Its Next Chapter

Norii Seminyak

Norii, the Japanese dining concept originally established in Ubud, has begun its next chapter with a new Seminyak location. Located within Wonderspace, the intimate restaurant brings Norii’s contemporary Japanese approach to a new neighbourhood, offering a more compact dining experience for around 34 guests.

The Seminyak venue continues the spirit of the original Norii, with a focus on Japanese flavours, carefully selected ingredients and a modern dining atmosphere. Its arrival adds another Japanese dining option to Seminyak’s ever-growing food and restaurant scene.

Rather than being an entirely new concept, Norii Seminyak represents the expansion of an existing Ubud favourite into a new location. The move gives both returning guests and new diners an opportunity to experience the Norii concept in a different setting.

With its intimate size and central Seminyak location, Norii is positioned as a destination for diners looking for a more focused Japanese dining experience, whether for a casual meal or a special evening out.
