Following the success of its Seminyak original and Canggu outpost, Motel Mexicola has expanded once again with its third and largest Bali location in Uluwatu. Taking its cues from the coastal spirit of Baja California, the new 2,500-square-metre venue brings together Mexican cuisine, open-fire cooking, agave-led cocktails, and the lively energy the brand is known for. The menu centres on hand-pressed tortillas, fresh seafood, tacos, and meats cooked over a three-metre-long asador, while the expansive setting adds multiple bars, a stage, a DJ booth, and distinctive Mexican-inspired details.
