Taking place from 6 PM to 9:30 PM, the celebration promises an elevated dining experience featuring a sumptuous array of dishes. Guests can savour premium selections such as seafood on ice, Cantonese Crispy Pork Belly, Pork Char Siu, and Roasted Peking Duck. The menu highlights Asian-inspired culinary traditions, with a special emphasis on Lunar New Year favourites such as Yusheng and Fried Nian Gao.
Live food stalls will showcase Dim Sum, Hainan Chicken Rice, and the iconic Beggar’s Chicken. Symbolic during festive occasions, Beggar’s Chicken represents unity, renewal, and the importance of family bonds, making it the perfect dish to honour the spirit of togetherness.
No Lunar New Year celebration would be complete without a lion dance performance. Guests are invited to gather at the lobby at 6 PM to witness the vibrant lion dance, followed by an exhilarating Chinese martial arts performance. For those who miss this opportunity, the lion dance will make another appearance during the dinner at the Plumeria Grand Ballroom at 7 PM.
