Trigona, with vodka, pineapple, ginger, kombucha and trigona honey, offers a bright and refreshing beginning. Bloom of Valley brings together East Indies Pink Gin, Campari and grapefruit, balanced by a delicate bitterness. As afternoon gives way to evening, The Nightfall pairs pistachio vodka with Nusantara cold brew and coconut in an elegant clarified serve.
