Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Jaron Guggenheim as the new Executive Assistant Manager of Food and Beverage.

With an illustrious career and extensive experience in the hospitality industry, Jaron brings a wealth of knowledge and a proven track record of excellence to this prestigious role.

Jaron’s career in the hospitality industry began at the French Grill in JW Marriott Hanoi, where he served as Restaurant Manager until January 2017. During his tenure, Jaron’s leadership and commitment to quality earned the restaurant numerous accolades, including the Best of the Best – 2015 Restaurant of the Year by Robb Report Vietnam and the World Luxury Restaurants Award in 2016.

From February 2017 to November 2019, Jaron took on the roles of Director of Restaurants and Assistant Director of Food and Beverage at JW Marriott Hanoi. His dedication and expertise were pivotal in achieving outstanding performance metrics, such as the best F&B operations in Asia Pacific in 2017. He also played a key role in opening new outlet concepts like Akira Back Restaurants and Cool Cats Jazz Club, contributing to substantial revenue growth and enhanced guest experiences.

In November 2019, Jaron transitioned to the role of Market Director of Food and Beverage Operations for Marriott International. Over the next three years, he successfully managed operations across multiple countries, including Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Cambodia, driving operational excellence and fostering strong team development.

Before his role at Mandapa, Jaron served as the Director of Food and Beverage at Vinpearl Landmark 81, Autograph Collection by Marriott, from the end of 2022 to mid-2024. His tenure was marked by significant achievements in food and beverage marketing, operations, and overall guest satisfaction.
