This Sunday, W Bali – Seminyak partners with Takumi, a contemporary Japanese fine dining destination in Seminyak, to bring a refined Japanese perspective to Bali’s most iconic weekend ritual — Sunday Brunch at Starfish Bloo.
Rooted in the philosophy of balance, seasonality, and harmony, Takumi is known for transforming each dish into a work of culinary art. Led by Daijiro Horikoshi, a master of Japanese cuisine from Osaka, the restaurant reflects a deep respect for ingredients and craftsmanship, shaped by his family’s culinary heritage.
Through this collaboration, Chef Daijiro brings a highly personalised and immersive dining experience to the vibrant, indulgent setting of W Bali – Seminyak. His creations seamlessly blend premium local and imported ingredients with refined Japanese techniques, offering a brunch experience that is both elevated and memorable.
