Archipelago Food Festival at Favehotel Pamanukan Hosts a Spectacular Seafood Feast Showcasing 250 Dishes from Archipelago International’s Top Chefs.
The Archipelago Food Festival: Pamanukan Culinary Feast, themed ‘Ocean Odyssey Sea Fest – A Celebration of Seafood Delights,’ was successfully held on Friday, 30th of August 2024, at favehotel Pamanukan. The event offered an unforgettable culinary journey, delighting guests with a wide array of seafood delicacies.
The festival showcased the exceptional culinary prowess of 13 executive chefs from Archipelago International, including Santoso Windoe – Corporate Executive Chef, Risman Sukmawan – Corporate Pastry Chef, Riswan Pramudia – favehotel Pamanukan, Sukma Nuryadinata – Grand Aston Puncak Hotel & Resort, Faiz Firmansyah Ma’ruf – Aston Cilegon Boutique Hotel, Ujang Rahmat – favehotel Hypersquare, Febrian Sjarif – Aston Pasteur, Moh Nurus – favehotel Karawang, Sigit Hendrawan – Harper Cikarang, Ari Gusti – favehotel Gatot Subroto, Riyan Syaban Pamungkas – Aston Pasteur Bandung, Husni Thamrin – Aston Imperial Bekasi Hotel & Conference Centre, and Bayu Sidiq Tresna – Grand Aston Puncak Hotel & Resort. Together, they presented an impressive selection of 250 dishes.
The diverse offerings ranged from traditional to international cuisines, with a special focus on seafood. Highlights included Japanese Octopus Salad, Sashimi, Pan-Seared Tenggiri, Swordfish, Prawn Scampi with Butter Chive Sauce, and Pan-Seared Lobster, among others. Some of the dishes were prepared using ingredients provided by local fish farms, such as oysters. To cater to all tastes, the chefs also prepared a variety of dishes featuring chicken, beef, and lamb. For dessert, guests enjoyed exquisite options like Watermelon Granita, Fave Sunset, and Lemongrass Tart.

The Archipelago Food Festival is designed to captivate the public, particularly residents of Subang, Indramayu, and Pamanukan. It not only demonstrates favehotel Pamanukan’s commitment to guest satisfaction but also its dedication to creating memorable experiences through public culinary festivals.

Throughout the evening, guests were entertained by a magician night featuring Rudy Sulap and a modern dance performance by UBC Dance Cirebon, culminating in a spectacular fireworks display. The event successfully attracted a large number of visitors, leaving them with a unique and satisfying culinary experience.
