ARYADUTA Bali successfully hosted Shared Flames, an exclusive culinary collaboration with AMICI by Enrico Bartolini, featuring Head Chef Alessandro D’Amico from AMICI.

This exclusive dinner, held on Friday, 21st of November 2025, brought together the soulful essence of Italian fine dining and the signature flame-grilled experience of Henry’s Steakhouse.

Guests were treated to a four-course set menu crafted by Chef Alessandro, who transformed the open kitchen into a stage of creativity and flavour. The evening began with refined starters such as Uovo 62° e Tartufo — a slow-cooked egg with pecorino cream and fresh black truffle — and Vitello Tonnato, featuring Wagyu Tokusen chuck tender with tonnata sauce.

The experience continued with ravioli alla vaccinara, showcasing Wagyu oxtail ragù wrapped in delicate pasta, and concluded with the classic tiramisù, reimagined in AMICI’s signature style. Each dish reflected a harmonious balance of artistry, authenticity, and passion, defining both brands.

For me, the perfect dish is about more than just taste; it’s about the whole experience — the sounds, the aromas, and the joy shared around the table,” said Chef Alessandro. “Cooking in Henry’s open kitchen allowed me to connect directly with guests and share that emotion with them through every bite.”

Henry’s Steakhouse, renowned for its wood-fired grill and vibrant open kitchen, was the ideal setting for this collaboration, bringing together two culinary philosophies under one roof.

The evening concluded with applause and warm appreciation from attendees, cementing Shared Flames as one of ARYADUTA Bali’s most memorable dining events of the year.
