Karma Group‘s commitment to providing a world-class luxury experience drives its continuous innovation, particularly in the culinary delights offered to Karma Beach guests. Warung Pantai, meaning ‘beach bistro,’ offers a menu inspired by Chef Joseph’s travels through Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia, India, and Indonesia. Each dish celebrates the diverse cuisines of these regions, presented with a unique twist.

Warung Pantai also showcases both classic and innovative tandoori specialities. Guests can look forward to starters like jumbo crab summer rolls with passionfruit dipping sauce, Cambodian fish cakes, and Thai crispy mushrooms. The main menu features dishes such as Kerala Chicken Moilee, Malaysian Asam Laksa, and a Vietnamese-inspired Pork Tomahawk Chop. Desserts are equally tempting, with options like pineapple rum crème brûlée, Milo panna cotta, and more.

Chef Joseph Antonishek’s Thoughts

At Karma Group, we are always creating new experiences. Over the past couple of years, during my travels through South East Asia as Karma Group’s Executive Chef, I have discovered many incredible Pan-Asian dishes which we are excited to share with our members and guests at the beach,” said Chef Joseph Antonishek.

The chef expresses his passion and inspiration through a plate of mouth-watering delicacies. “We are proud and excited to share the many wonderful cuisines of the various Asian countries where Karma Group has resorts. There couldn’t be a better location to experience these dishes than nestled by the seaside along the world-famous Karma Beach in our newly renovated casual beach restaurant,” he added.

Warung Pantai is open daily from 11 AM to 9 PM, giving guests plenty of time to enjoy these amazing dishes by the sea.
