Guests can witness the artistry firsthand as chefs expertly craft each dish over an open flame. To celebrate, Kojin invites diners to join the Wonder Trip to Japan contest, where one lucky guest will win a curated culinary journey to explore IRORI’s origins. The contest runs until February 2025, with the winner announced in March 2025.
