Unleashing Your Child?s Potential

Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri (SPM) is the best school for your child in central Jakarta.

We are a not-for-profit school that places your child’s development at the centre of all we do. Your child will benefit from our unique approach to integrated learning, providing the best of the Indonesian national and International Cambridge curriculum. We develop and expand our students’ character by implementing the Seven Habits of Highly Effective People. This character and academic base, combined with your child immersed in real-life experiences, open up your child’s national and international horizons and opportunities.

The Leader in Me journey – Sekolah Perkumpulan Mandiri

SPM has achieved the honour of being the first Lighthouse school outside of the USA. We have implemented the Leader in Me program since 2009, and our students have enjoyed its success. The journey to a Lighthouse school has meant that we have applied the Leader in Me to the highest standards and continue this journey to new heights. Based on The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, The Leader in Me equips students with the self-confidence and skills they need to thrive in the 21st-century economy. Our school is filled with responsible students who show initiative, are creative, know how to set goals and meet them, get along with people of various backgrounds and cultures, and can resolve conflicts and solve problems.

We are very proud of the achievements of our students, both through academics and non-academics. Accomplishments come in many forms, our students have won many 1st places in sporting activities and represented their school and country at International debates. Nevertheless, every student realizes their potential in different ways, which we celebrate every day at SPM.

Your child can also be part of our community and unleash their potential.

Join us on our Open House and Leadership Day on September 17th, 2022, to celebrate our The Leader in Me journey
