Sana Sini: One Destination, Five Culinary Worlds

Endless Flavours. Endless Reasons to Return.

Dinner, after all, is personal. Some evenings call for the warmth of Indonesian comfort food; others for delicate Japanese flavours, handcrafted dim sum, the intensity of live-fire cooking, or something sweet to end the night.

At Sana Sini Restaurant, Pullman Jakarta Indonesia Thamrin, this idea takes shape through Destination Dining, a new dinner concept that moves beyond the traditional buffet to offer a more personal way of dining.

Rather than being presented with an abundance of dishes to choose from, guests can decide how they want their evening to unfold: settle into one culinary world, journey across all five, or simply order a favourite dish à la carte. Each selection is prepared à la minute in live kitchens, bringing the experience closer to the theatre and immediacy of restaurant dining.

Five Culinary Worlds, One Dining Destination

The journey begins at Rempah Raya, where the flavours of Indonesia take centre stage. Drawing from the country’s diverse culinary traditions, the selection celebrates regional recipes, aromatic spices and familiar dishes that speak to the richness of the archipelago.

From 18 August to 18 September 2026, Rempah Raya welcomes a special collaboration with The People’s Café by ISMAYA Group, bringing three of the brand’s signature creations to the Sana Sini table: Nasi Bejek Sei Sapi, Nasi Bejek Iga Bakar and Nasi Sate Kelapa. The collaboration offers guests another perspective on Indonesian comfort food, presented alongside Rempah Raya’s broader exploration of local flavours.

At Ember & Vine, premium cuts and fresh seafood meet the elemental character of live-fire cooking, while Nami & Nori explores Japanese favourites, from sushi and sashimi to robatayaki and tempura prepared to order.

Imperial Steam turns to the traditions of Chinese cuisine, with handcrafted dim sum, roasted specialities, wok-fried dishes, soups and other classics. Completing the journey is The Sugar Lab, a playful finale of artisanal gelato, pastries, cakes and seasonal creations.

Together, the five culinary worlds create a dining experience that is broad in choice, yet more intimate in the way guests choose to experience it.

Destination Dining offers guests the freedom to experience Sana Sini at their own pace. Dinner starts from IDR 350,000++ per person, with the option to explore one culinary world, continue across all five, or order individual dishes à la carte.
