The Indonesia Wedding Congress (IWC) is set to return for its second edition at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali, from the 2nd to the 4th of December 2025.

The official launch of the 2nd Indonesia Wedding Congress 2025 was held on Friday, the 26th of September 2025, marking a strategic step in strengthening Indonesia’s position as a world-class wedding and MICE destination.

The Indonesia Wedding Congress is a collaborative forum for education and networking, bringing together national and international wedding industry professionals—from wedding organisers, venues, and creative vendors to tourism stakeholders. The congress aims to foster new synergies to further drive the growth of the wedding industry, making a significant contribution to Indonesia’s tourism and creative economy sectors.

Chairman of the 2nd Indonesia Wedding Congress 2025, Panca R. Sarungu, stated:

With the theme “Redefining Luxury Weddings in a Global Era”, the 2nd IWC 2025 will feature conferences, workshops, exhibitions, and networking sessions with both national and international speakers, welcoming hundreds of participants from across the globe.
