In alignment with its ‘Ascott CARES’ sustainability programme, Ascott Regional Bali is delighted to host a collaborative beach clean-up event at Mertasari Beach.

This initiative, held in conjunction with World Clean-Up Day, reinforces Ascott Regional Bali’s commitment to preserving the natural beauty of Mertasari Beach and promoting eco-conscious practices within the tourism sector and local communities.

Mertasari Beach, renowned for its pristine white sands and vibrant local culture, is a popular destination for both residents and tourists. However, like many beaches worldwide, it faces challenges with waste management and environmental conservation.

Hotel Kuta Beach, and Beachwalk Residence 6. Participants gathered at Mertasari Beach, equipped with gloves, bags, and other cleaning tools, to collect litter and debris in a collective effort to enhance the area’s cleanliness and environmental health. This initiative is part of Ascott Regional Bali’s broader Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), aimed at fostering closer ties between Ascott team members and the local community.
