Following the successful launch of the Padma Hotels App on the 1st of March 2024, which has received enthusiastic responses from guests across all properties, Padma Hotels is delighted to introduce its exciting program for its loyal guests.

Through the newly launched mobile app, Padma Hotels extends an invitation to guests who have not yet enrolled in its loyalty program, Padma Resident, to become esteemed members. This membership enables them to effortlessly earn and redeem points with every booking. Padma Residents can now enjoy 7.7% of their total transaction back as points based on their eligible spending in each property. The eligible transactions include stays booked directly through the Padma Hotels App with exceptions for special rates. Additionally, guests can earn points from dining experiences, beauty salons and spa treatments, and laundry services at selected properties.

Michael Unamo, the Padma Resident Manager, emphasises, “These points are exceptionally generous, and Padma Residents should definitely take advantage of this promotion to book their holiday in their favourite Padma Hotels’ destinations”.
