Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa is delighted to announce and warmly welcome Sabreena Jacob as the new General Manager.
A seasoned professional and industry veteran with over two decades of expertise, Sabreena’s distinguished career with Marriott International began in 2003 at the iconic JW Marriott Cairo. Progressing rapidly, she became the Director of Rooms Operations in 2006, where she earned the prestigious Global EDGE Award in 2007, making her the first recipient from the MEA region. During her tenure in Dubai, she skilfully guided the Marriott Executive Apartments through challenging periods, achieving impressive GOP margins of 52%, securing the Dubai Green Tourism Award in 2009, and earning multiple Employee Engagement Excellence accolades.
In 2015, Sabreena took on her first General Manager role at Marriott Executive Apartments Sukhumvit Park, Bangkok, where she drove substantial success across all facets of the business. Her leadership excellence was further highlighted at Le Méridien Angkor in 2019, where she was honoured with the General Manager APEC Mustang Award. Most recently, she served as the General Manager for TA’AKTANA, a Luxury Collection Resort in Labuan Bajo.
A passionate reader and someone who enjoys travelling, cooking, and quality TV shows, Sabreena, along with her husband Manoj and their two rescued cats, Jinx and Jingles, eagerly embarks on this exciting new chapter in Lampung.
