In celebration of World Wellness Weekend 2026, The Westin Jakarta centred its programme around Sleep Well, Move Well, and Eat Well, the brand’s signature wellbeing pillars.
Through a series of immersive experiences from the 18th to the 20th of September 2026, The Westin Jakarta invited guests to explore restorative sleep, purposeful movement, and mindful nutrition designed to support a healthier and more balanced lifestyle.
As a brand built around wellbeing, The Westin Jakarta continues to place the health and comfort of its guests at the heart of the stay experience. From the signature Heavenly® Bed and wellness facilities to nourishing culinary offerings and movement-focused activities, the hotel’s approach to wellness is thoughtfully designed to help guests feel their best throughout every stage of their journey.
Celebrated annually around the world, World Wellness Weekend encourages individuals and communities to embrace healthier lifestyles through activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. As part of this global movement, The Westin Jakarta continues to champion wellness-driven hospitality through meaningful experiences that inspire guests to live well, one moment at a time.
For this year’s World Wellness Weekend, the hotel’s wellness philosophy came to life through a series of curated activations that encouraged guests to rest, move, and refuel.

Sleep Well with TWG Tea – 18th of September 2026
The weekend began with Sleep Well with TWG Tea, an intimate evening designed to encourage guests to slow down, unwind, and discover the art of restful living. Set within the serene surroundings of The Westin Jakarta’s Presidential Suite, the experience combined an Evening Tea Ritual by TWG Tea, a thoughtfully curated Sleep Well-inspired dinner, and soothing wellness moments by Heavenly Spa by Westin™.
The evening reflected Westin’s belief that quality rest is an essential component of overall wellbeing, creating space for guests to pause, recharge, and prepare for the day ahead. Through carefully selected flavours, calming rituals, and restorative experiences, guests were invited to embrace healthier sleep habits while enjoying an elevated wellness experience.

Move Well with Revel – 19th of September 2026
The journey continued with Move Well with Revel, bringing energy and movement to the second day of the celebration. In collaboration with Revel Jakarta, guests were invited to participate in an engaging indoor cycling session at Wayra, Level 67. Set against panoramic views of Jakarta’s skyline, the experience combined movement, music, and community in one dynamic session.
Led by experienced Revel instructors, participants enjoyed a high-energy workout featuring motivating playlists and expert coaching designed to inspire confidence and personal achievement. Guests were encouraged to move at their own pace while experiencing the sense of connection and accomplishment that comes from exercising together. Through its Move Well philosophy, The Westin Jakarta encourages guests to stay active in ways that feel enjoyable, accessible, and sustainable, whether during a hotel stay or as part of everyday life.

Eat Well with EVIAN & Balans Nutrition – 20th of September 2026
The weekend concluded with Eat Well, brought to life through Run, Refuel, Recharge, a wellness-focused running experience taking place during Car Free Day along Jl. H.R. Rasuna Said. In collaboration with Balans Nutrition, guests began their morning with purposeful movement before refuelling with thoughtfully curated nutritional offerings designed to support recovery, energy replenishment, and overall wellbeing. The experience highlighted the important relationship between an active lifestyle and mindful nutrition, demonstrating how balanced nourishment can enhance performance and recovery.
Following the run, participants enjoyed post-workout refreshments featuring nutrient-dense ingredients carefully selected to help restore energy levels and promote wellness from within. The activation embodied Westin’s belief that wellbeing extends beyond the hotel stay. Rather than being confined to a single experience, wellness is about cultivating positive habits that can be integrated into everyday life.

A Holistic Journey to Wellbeing
Through this three-day celebration, The Westin Jakarta showcased how its wellness philosophy extends across multiple dimensions of the guest experience. Sleep Well, Move Well, and Eat Well are not standalone concepts, but interconnected pillars that contribute to a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.
“At Westin, wellness is more than an amenity. It is the foundation of every guest experience,” said Yesaya Siagian, Director of Marketing Communications at The Westin Jakarta. “Through World Wellness Weekend, we hope to inspire our guests to prioritise their wellbeing through simple yet meaningful habits, whether it is getting better rest, enjoying movement, or making mindful nutritional choices. Wellness should feel accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable.”
By bringing together restorative rituals, purposeful movement, and mindful nourishment, The Westin Jakarta continues to champion wellbeing as an integral part of modern hospitality, creating experiences that empower guests to feel their best, wherever their journey takes them.
