Marking six years of serving as a healthcare provider in Jakarta’s Golden Triangle, Mayapada Hospital Kuningan (MHKN), part of the Mayapada Healthcare network, has launched the International Care Concierge.
International Care Concierge a dedicated assistance service designed to provide expatriates, diplomats, international visitors, and the global community with easier, more personalised, and seamless access to healthcare services. The launch forms part of Mayapada Hospital Kuningan‘s sixth anniversary celebration under the theme “Synergy, Innovation, Accelerating Excellence“, reinforcing the hospital’s commitment to delivering innovations in patient-centred care.
The International Care Concierge addresses the healthcare needs of the international community living and working in Kuningan, Jakarta’s diplomatic and international business district, through integrated patient assistance supported by multilingual healthcare professionals and staff proficient in English, Mandarin, Arabic, and other international languages. Built on the concept of personalised concierge services, the programme supports patients throughout their healthcare journey, from their arrival until the completion of treatment, including scheduling doctor’s appointments, coordinating care across hospital departments, and assisting with administrative requirements. The service is designed to simplify communication, facilitate patient navigation, and provide a more comfortable, personalised, and seamless healthcare experience.
Hospital Director of Mayapada Hospital Kuningan, dr. Deasy Sugesty, MARS, said the launch of the International Care Concierge reflects the hospital’s vision of becoming a trusted healthcare partner for the international community in Indonesia. “Located in the strategic Kuningan district, surrounded by embassies, international organisations, multinational corporations, and a vibrant global community, we recognise the growing demand for internationally recognised healthcare services that bridge language and cultural differences. This inspired us to introduce the International Care Concierge, designed to provide expatriates, diplomats, embassy personnel, representatives of international organisations, and their families with easier, more personalised, and integrated access to quality healthcare. We believe that healthcare transcends national borders, languages, and cultures. Therefore, we remain committed to delivering services that meet the needs of the global community living and working in Indonesia.”
dr. Deasy added, “We believe this initiative will further strengthen collaboration between Mayapada Hospital Kuningan and embassies, diplomatic communities, multinational companies, international organisations, as well as our strategic partners.
